Shipping
Orders leave our warehouse within 48 hours.
We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes 4 to 9 days, depending on where you live.
Free US shipping over $50.
Shipping rates for orders under $50, and for international orders, are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and can vary because of carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak seasons.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when it is available.
60-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If a product is not right for you, you get your money back.
To start a return or refund within 60 days of delivery, email Hello@nude-ritual.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you return instructions.
- Items should be returned in unused condition when possible, with original packaging
- Opened skincare or supplements may still qualify under the 60-day guarantee — contact us and we will tell you what applies to your order
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and review the return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error
Damaged, missing, or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email Hello@nude-ritual.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or refund you.
International orders
International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country. These are not included in our product price unless stated at checkout.
